More than 30 adult leaders from all over the region will pour over the Scout Center to begin their Introduction to Adult Leadership (IAL) training course in a few hours. Leaders from as far as Piet Retief and Secunda are to attend the training course.  The training course is to last for the weekend of March 31 2017 to 02 April 2017 whereby leaders will be participating in various bases over the weekend where they will be equipped in practical skills in Scouting.

The Course will include leaders learning the policies of Scouts South Africa, First Aid and running their groups efficiently. It is exciting to see the Mpumalanga region grow especially with the involvement of so many new adult leaders from all parts of the region.  Scouting in the region will grow immensely as more new adult leaders will be involved in the training course.
