April 2017

EE Camp

The Environmental Education Camp will be taking place in Whiteriver, at Clairefort Lodge. It is going to be an exciting educational camp with experienced facilitators who will be sharing knowledge with new Scouts from all over the Mpumalanga Region.  Over 168 Scouts are to participate in various bases over the weekend of 07 April 2017 to 09 April 2017. We are very grateful to the National Head Office for making this camp possible.

Cub and Scouts Warrant

The Cub + Scouts Warrant will be taking place at the Mattafin Scout Center where all leaders who attended the Introduction to Adult Leadership (IAL) training will be equipped with the practical skills of Scouting that will enable them to run their groups effectively. Leaders who pass the warrant course will become warranted leaders of their respective groups.

Child Abuse and Human Trafficking Awareness Campaign

March 24, 2018

Our first Awareness Campaign based on Child Abuse and Human Abuse will be held in Matsulu A Community Hall. We are certain that the event will be a great success as more people will be reached. We invite Matsulu Community Members to join us during the campaign as we are destined to make a change in peoples lives. As a norm, our talented scouts from Mpumalanga will be performing - be it drama, music, traditional dances or poetry. Mpumalanga Rocks!

Aktion Tagwerk 2018

Each and every year, Scouting Mpumalanga is sending two volunteers to Germany. They are regional and national represents by participating in a volunteer program for 3 months called “Aktion Tagwerk” “Aktion Tagwerk” can be described as a campaign for students all over the world.
